Refund policy
All products sold by Enma Studio are digital downloads (PDF files). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
No Refunds Policy Because digital files cannot be "returned" after download, we are unable to offer refunds in most cases. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Exceptions We will issue a refund or replacement if:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You received the wrong file
- The product is significantly different from what was described
In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support.enmastudio@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by completing your purchase and downloading the file, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download.
